Shipping policy

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping options, timelines, and international policies below.

 

Dispatch

We dispatch ready-to-ship order within 2 working days. Please note weekends and bank holidays are not considered working days.

Orders containing 'Pre-Order' items will only be shipped after pre-order items are ready, which is usually about 2 weeks. If you'd like the pre-order to be shipped separately, please contact us to arrange separate shipping for an additional fee.

 

UK Shipping

Royal Mail Tracked 48: 3-4 working days, from £3.35. Free on all full-price orders over £80.

Next Working Day: Next working day by 1:00 PM, from £11.75. Order must be placed before 4:00 PM (Monday–Friday) to qualify.

 

International Shipping

Shipping fees and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated exactly at checkout. We primarily use Royal Mail International Tracked, with the following estimated delivery times: 

  • EU, USA, Japan, South Korea: 3–5 working days.
  • Rest of World: 7–10 working days.

Some countries may be eligible for ParcelForce GlobalPriority (approx. 3 working days), and the option will be shown at the checkout.

Please note you must provide a valid and accurate phone number at checkout. This is a mandatory requirement for couriers and customs; failure to do so may result in significant delays.

 

Shipping Hubs

Orders for Japan, South Korea, and select Southeast Asian countries are posted directly from our hub in China. All other international orders are posted from the UK.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, and you can track via Royal Mail website.

For international deliveries, we recommend entering your tracking number on your country’s national post website (e.g., USPS, Correos, Poste Italiane, PostNord) about one week after dispatch. These sites often provide more detailed local updates once the parcel arrives in your country.

 

Duties & Taxes

Import duties, taxes, or handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. We do not collect these fees at checkout except for orders shipping to the USA and France, where duties are pre-paid.

 

Lost Parcels

If you have not received your parcel after 2 weeks (UK) or 4 weeks (International) and suspect it is lost, please contact us so we can investigate.

 

Damaged / Incorrect Items

If your parcel looks clearly damaged or ripped upon arrival, or if any item is incorrect, missing, faulty, or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request photos and videos of the item and/or packaging. Please keep everything exactly as you received it until we resolve the issue.
